Here at Le Royal, the day begins with the aromas of breakfast. While the rooms are still silent, the cooks are busy preparing the breakfast buffet. The key word? Generosity. Homemade bread, crisp pastries, eggs prepared 1 minute in advance, mature cheeses, tasty cold meats, soft pancakes, gourmet cereals, seasonal fruit… Something to suit everyone’s taste, as well as vegan and gluten-free suggestions for all diets. So, no time to lose. On weekdays, everything must be ready by 6.30 a.m.*, when the first clients – business travellers in a hurry or early risers – make their appearance. The dining-room manager orchestrates everything to be impeccable before they arrive. And as room service is also provided by the kitchen, the manager is attentive to each detail, ensuring that everything proceeds harmoniously in the dining room. This, until the end of the service at 10.30 a.m., while meeting clients’ specific requests. For this is what distinguishes a 5-star breakfast: personalized service.
On weekends, the Amélys restaurant becomes a meeting-point for all gourmets: on Sundays, breakfast becomes a real feast with brunch at 12.30 p.m. Sushi, oysters, salads, meat, fish, pastries… You will not know where to turn!
